Superior Manufacturing Process
Most vent hoods are assembled: a face, a hood, and a flange fastened or welded together. InOvate wall vents are deep draw manufactured. Deep draw is key. It is a cold-working metal-forming process that transforms flat Galvalume steel sheet metal blanks into seamless 3D shapes using heavy mechanical presses. This delivers structural integrity that welded and assembled alternatives cannot match.
Best in Class Materials
Heavy gauge Galvalume steel delivers impressive durability with superior corrosion resistance. Add expertly applied and baked Polyester TGIC weather resistant powder coating, and you have a termination that will outlast most other building components.
The damper hinge pins are stainless steel, and the rubber coated, magnetic bumpers are perfectly balanced to deliver protection and allow opening without stressing the exhaust components with stronger magnets for the FreshVent to hold tight, only opening when cleaning is needed.
